## Description

Generates an admin-facing select box for selecting a form from Ninja Forms and outputs
the selected ID with CFS()->get().

## Installation

 1. Download the plugin and extract the files
 2. Upload `cfs-ninja-forms-selector` to your `~/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
