1) Show facebook & twitter share buttons.

2) Show only Facebook button.

3) Show only Twitter button.

4) Show the social share button for other post by post ID.

Installation

Install the Easy Social Shares plugin either via the WordPress plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server at wp-content/plugins.
